As we begin a fresh new year, I’m offering a special six-week coaching program for people interested in prioritizing themselves, focusing on a wellness goal, and making progress toward positive change.

This group is not for you if you’re in the midst of a crisis - you may have too many competing priorities to be able to focus on the six in-depth sessions we’ll be together for.

It is right for you if you’re in a place where you can breathe - maybe your son or daughter is currently in treatment, sober living, or early recovery. Maybe you’re in a phase where your CRAFT tools are working, and there’s some stability and more calm in your home.

As a Mayo Clinic Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I love to work with people to move from a place where they feel stuck or stagnant and identify one or two things that will move them forward.

What we’ll work on

We’ll work together to identify a vision and goal, find out what might be standing in your way, and create the action steps you need to take to accomplish your goal or at least move closer to it. 

That goal might be weight or health-related, professionally-focused, or this may be when you truly begin to prioritize self-care and learn how to make it a reality in your life. Maybe you want to write a book, start moving each day, or finally set up your art studio. This could be when you actually clear out that junk room and make space for a home gym or new hobby.

These are all important parts of your life that may have been ignored in the past few years. It will be powerful to have a coach and team alongside you as you work to kickstart these vital parts of you.

You’ll have a workbook to track your progress, and each session will end with a clear action step and homework assignment. 

Details:

When? Six 75-minute sessions on Saturdays & Sundays from 1-2:15 pm Pacific/4-5:15 pm Eastern (see below for individual dates)

Where? Anywhere you can access the internet and Zoom

How much? $488 per person (includes all six sessions, workbook, and video recordings)

Who? You…if you’re ready to take action, gain control and see a visible change in the first 60 days of the year.

Coaching program outline:

Session 1: Sunday, Jan. 29

  • Courage, Vision, and Understanding: we'll start the program by thinking big, expanding beyond your current circumstances, and putting together a vision for your "best life possible."

Session 2: Sunday, Feb. 5

  • Goals, Reality, and Support: In week two, we're going to look at a specific area where you want to make a change - something that will get you closer to the vision you created during week one. Don't worry; we'll be focused but realistic.

Session 3: Saturday, Feb. 11

  • Re-create, Re-frame and Renew: in week three, we'll check in on your action steps and talk about a common person who gets in the way of success.

Session 4: Saturday, Feb. 18

  • Personal Balance and Self-Compassion: this week, we'll review your progress, see if your goal or change is still the right one, and focus on the important role of self-care and self-compassion while you’re working on change.

Session 5: Saturday, Feb. 25

  • Revisiting and Rebalancing: You're five weeks into making real changes and accomplishing your goal - our focus this week will be on how you’re feeling about what’s changing, what’s not, and why.

Session 6: Saturday, March 4

  • Reflection and Momentum: This final week together is when we reflect on where you are, how you got here, and how to continue the momentum you've created. You’ll have the opportunity to find an “intention partner” from the group to keep you motivated in the coming months.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Do I need to do anything before the coaching program begins?

Yes, I would like you to begin thinking about that thing that nags at you, the thing you keep wanting to do and putting off. The change that would make a difference in your life, but it’s not happening.

Is the coaching program for men and women?

The program is for anyone ready to make a real, positive change in their life, regardless of gender or sexual identity.

What if I miss a session?

No worries! If you miss a session, you’ll be able to watch the video replay anytime it works for your schedule.

Do I have to be a member of The Stream or The Woods to join this group coaching?

No, this coaching program is open to all!

About Brenda:

In addition to working with parents who have teen or young adult kids misusing substances, I’m passionate about helping people create positive change in their lives through wellness coaching. I received my Mayo Clinic certification in 2020 and have coached people individually and in groups for the past three years.

My favorite part of the coaching relationship is learning what lights people up, why the change they want to make is important to them, and hearing, “I did it!”
